How to Register
To book individual or group tickets, you’ll now need an IPAF ID account – anyone can have an IPAF ID account.
1. Click “Register Now” above.
2. Log in with your IPAF ID if you already have an account. Otherwise, create a new IPAF ID and confirm your account by clicking the link in the email to activate your IPAF ID. You may need to click on the event registration link again to bring up the booking page.
3. Make the booking for yourself, your colleagues (there is a function to search for them to save you entering in their details), or reserve places to confirm attendee details at a later date.
4. Be sure to select all of the events that the attendee will attend, space is limited and booking is required.
5. Your event bookings will show in your account, where you can manage attendee details. Colleagues with an IPAF ID will also see their event bookings.
Please note, the event booking system will display tickets based on your company’s membership status. If we do not have your email address in the system and linked to an IPAF Member, you will be shown Non-Member tickets. Please email members@ipaf.org if your details need updating so you can book Member tickets.

Terms & Conditions
The present terms and conditions apply to the Working at Height event (W@H), taking place on October 15-16, 2025.
Payment is required to confirm your registration. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or invoice for IPAF Members. For group bookings larger than 10, please contact Courtney Kellett on +44 (0)7936905516 or email courtney.kellett@ipaf.org

No registration is effective until payment has been received and processed successfully.
Fees paid by participants cover, as appropriate, admission to the Working at Height Conference & Awards (W@H), all the conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, entrance to the networking reception, drinks reception and the awards evening. VIP tickets include additional benefits mentioned above. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
Payment is made in USD $, online by credit card or by invoice as part of the registration process.
The event is jointly organised by IPAF and KHL Group. Registration is processed by IPAF, Moss End Business Village, Crooklands, Cumbria LA7 7NU, UK.
An email confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of payment together with an invoice. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the confirmation.
Organizations/companies may change the names of individuals on their booking until three days prior to the event start date, at no charge.
Participants can cancel their registrations until September 01, 2025. Until that date, payments received by IPAF/KHL will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants), minus a fee of $40 to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event.
In case of cancellation after September 01, 2025 or in case of no-show, no refunds will be made.
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation.
In the event that the W@H event would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants to the W@H event waive all claims for damages in this case.
By attending the event and associated activities such as a networking session, you are giving IPAF and KHL and the sponsors permission to use photographs and/or footage of you captured during the entire event, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media. If booking on behalf of other people, you are confirming that you have gained their consent for this aspect of the terms & conditions.
By registering to attend the W@H event, your personal data (name, job title, company and email) will be shared with the Exhibitors/Sponsors. We will also use your data to keep you informed of future events and KHL and IPAF products related to your industry. Should you have any queries please contact IPAF or KHL Group directly. You have the option to opt in or out during the registration process.
By registering for the event and associated activities such as the networking session, you are giving IPAF permission to list your name, company and job title on the event app. This information is displayed on the event app and can be accessed by all delegates. If you book on behalf of other people, you are confirming that you have gained their consent for this aspect of the terms & conditions.
By submitting a booking, you are accepting the general terms and conditions stated above.
